About this Event
Join us at Gairn Community Garden on Sunday 25 October, from 12:00 pm–2:00 pm, for a creative autumn afternoon as part of the Youth Horizons programme.
Designed especially for young people aged 12–25, this FREE outdoor activity is a chance to get creative, try something different and enjoy the autumn season with others in the community.
During the session, we’ll get hands-on with:
🍎 Traditional apple-head carving
🍂 Nature-inspired autumn crafts
🌿 Creating with a variety of seasonal and natural materials
🎨 Plenty of opportunity to experiment and make something unique
You don’t need any previous experience — just come along and have a go.
All materials are provided, and refreshments will be available.

Who is this for?
This session is for young people aged 12–25.
Whether you enjoy arts and crafts, want to learn something new, would like to spend some time outdoors, or simply fancy meeting other young people in the community, you’re very welcome.
No previous crafting or gardening experience is required.
What to bring
All craft materials will be supplied.
As the activity is taking place at a community garden, please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable outdoor footwear.
