About this Event

This World Mental Health Day, Hub Connections is bringing our community together for an event centred on lived experience, real conversations and genuine connection. Whether you're coming to share your own story, to listen to others, or simply to be part of a room where people understand, you're welcome here. 🤍

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Hear & Share 🗣️

Lived experience stories and conversations. A chance to hear from others and, if you'd like, share something of your own.

Connect 🤝

Meet local wellbeing and support organisations who can offer information, advice and ongoing support.

Take Part ✨

Wellbeing-focused sessions and activities designed to give you a moment to reset.

There's no pressure to take part in any particular way. Come to listen, come to talk, or just come to be around people who get it.

Free to attend. All welcome. Light lunch & refreshments will be available.

If you have any accessibility requirements or questions ahead of the event, please email [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

⚠️ Please note: Photography and videography will take place during this event to capture and share the day across our channels. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of staff know at reception when you arrive.

We look forward to seeing you!
