Hreyfisamverustund\/ Movement session for families IS
Við bjóðum upp á hreyfisamverustundir fyrir ungabörn og foreldra í samstarfi við Guðrúnu Óskarsdóttur. Þar ræðum við um hreyfiþroska barna og leikum, syngjum og dönsum saman.
Guðrún Óskarsdóttir er skólastjóri listdansskólans Óskanda; kennari með MA gráðu frá
listkennsludeild Listaháskóla Íslands og jógakennari með sérmenntun í meðgöngu /mömmujóga, krakkajóga og jóga fyrir börn með sérþarfir. Hún bætti við sig námi í ungbarnanuddi frá Liddle Kidz og hreyfiþroska barna frá Baby Bare, auk þess stundaði hún kennaranám hjá Creative Dance Center sem byggir kennslufræði sína á hreyfiþroskaferli barna. Guðrún hefur einnig sótt doulunám við Bastyr University/Simkin Center í Seattle og hefur sótt námskeið hjá Pikler House í Budapest.
Hún stundar nú nám sem heitir Infant Developmental Movement Education hjá The School for Body Mind Centering í Bretlandi. Guðrún hefur brennandi áhuga á heilsueflandi skólaumhverfi og hreyfiþroska barna, hvernig hreyfing og umhverfið gegna mikilvægu hlutverki í þroska barnsins.
