How SMEs Can Compete for Talent Without Matching MNC Pay

Workshop Summary:
2-hour workshop + 1-hour networking.
Attract, Reward and Retain Good People Without Overspending
For SMEs, competing on salary alone can feel like a losing battle. But good people do not choose employers based on pay alone. Career growth, responsibility, recognition, flexibility and access to leadership can all shape why someone joins and why they stay.

Learn how to position your SME more attractively, make your salary budget work harder, retain your best people, and turn your size into an advantage rather than a limitation.
