A one-day CPD workshop giving Perth public practice accountants the governance foundation, real workflow practice & plan to become a leader.
About this Event

DESCRIPTION

Perth’s leading accounting firms implement a firm-wide AI adoption framework targeted towards maintaining safe practices and obtaining productivity boosts. This is exactly what you’ll learn for your firm at this workshop

It’s a 1-day, CPD-eligible workshop giving Perth public practice accountants the governance foundation, real workflow practice and 30/60/90-day plan that leading Perth accounting firms have used to adopt AI safely and effectively.

WHY YOU NEED THIS

People in Your Firm Are Already Using AI

They’re drafting file notes, summarising a transcript, getting a first pass at a letter of advice out faster than they used to. Nobody organised it. Nobody signed off on it. It just started, the way it starts everywhere - because it's useful, and because nobody wanted to be the one holding the firm back.

But, TPB(GS) 55/2026 sets out what the Tax Practitioners Board expects registered tax agents to have in place for AI use under the Code of Professional Conduct. It tells you the obligation exists and your firm’s adoption of AI might not have accounted for it. This workshop helps ensures you do.

ADOPT AI AND DIFFERENTIATE

Built on GPS-AI's Align → Prove → Scale architecture: during this workshop you’ll align AI with your firm's strategy, people and safety obligations before you scale adoption; prove where it genuinely helps through a real, hands-on client workflow - meeting to transcript to research to file note to letter of advice, written in your firm's own voice; then leave knowing what actually differentiates your firm once every practice has access to the same AI tools.

Three things you'll come back to all day: your data and client relationships (nobody else has them), your expertise and judgement (the exact blend your firm has built over years), and how deliberately you combine the two with AI. The tools are not the edge. What you do with them is.
