How can we imagine and hold on to hope for us, our future, and the world’s future in such chaotic times? How can we be hopeful when we don’t feel optimistic? What do we do with our burnout, despair, and exhaustion? What is the place of storytelling, the body, and spirituality? Join us for a day of ritual, creative activities, and discussion to build inner resources of hope in hard times.
