This is not your quiet sauna night.
House Music Aufguss brings the energy up with house music, essential oils, snowballs, towel waving, glow bands, neon lights and a little dancing along the way.
Elise and Doug Koi will lead a high-energy series of sauna rituals where traditional Aufguss meets the atmosphere of a night out — only hotter.
We’ll move through rounds of heat and aromatherapy with cooling breaks for plunging, rinsing and resetting before heading back into the sauna.
Wear your bathing suit. Grab a glow band. Expect great music, a few surprises and a completely different kind of Friday night at Elemental.
What Is Aufguss?
Experience a the magic and renewal of a guided Aufguss Sauna session. Aufguss is a German word that translates to steam infusion—you may also hear it called pour over. But it’s so much more than that.
It’s a sauna ritual where heat, steam, scent, and movement are orchestrated with precision.
The sauna master leads a session and controls:
- Temperature and timing
- Essential oil infusions
- Movement of heat through the room using towel work
Our Aufguss session combines tradition, ritual, performance, and a bit of theater.
Sessions are enhanced with intentional lighting, storytelling, and choreography, taking you on an emotional and sensory journey.
