Learn to teach one of the most popular classes at boutique fitness studios across the country! Hot Sculpt classes bring together all the benefits of Yoga, Pilates, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength and resistance training.
This intensive course is taught over 4 days. During the course, students will learn how to combine Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength and resistance training to create a seamless class (with and without weights) and how to do this while teaching in a heated environment.
As well as learning to create your own classes, at the completion of the training course, you will be given a Hot Sculpt class sequence to enable you to get teaching right away.
