đ„ HOT FLASH FRIDAY đ„A Kelly Zemnickis Production
Ottawa comedy is heating up! Hot Flash Friday brings stand-up comedy, womenâs health, mental health, aging parents and the hilarity of getting older to the ByWard Market.
Looking for stand-up comedy in Ottawa? Join comedian and producer Kelly Zemnickis for a special Friday night of live comedy about the things we were apparently never supposed to talk about.
Kelly grew up at a time when womenâs health and mental health werenât openly discussed. Now sheâs ready to spread the perimenopause and menopausal gospel, one joke at a time. đ„
From hot flashes and changing bodies to mental health, family, aging parents and the general absurdity of navigating life, Hot Flash Friday turns real experiences into a night thatâs candid, relatable, occasionally educational and, most importantly, really funny.
And Kelly isn't doing it alone.
