Hot Flash Friday is coming to Cultures Comedy Club for a special night of live stand-up comedy in Ottawa’s ByWard Market.
Produced and headlined by Kelly Zemnickis, the show takes inspiration from Kelly’s own experiences with perimenopause, menopause, mental health, family, and navigating this particularly hot stage of life.
Kelly grew up at a time when women’s health and mental health were rarely talked about openly. Now? She’s spreading the perimenopause and menopausal gospel, one joke at a time.
Funny, candid, and maybe even a little educational, Hot Flash Friday turns the things women were once expected to quietly deal with into something we can actually talk about and, more importantly, laugh about.
Joining Kelly are Heather Childs, Abby Stonehouse, very special guests, and host Florence Penicaud for a night packed with sharp comedy, big personalities, and stories that might hit a little too close to home.
Whether you're experiencing hot flashes, know someone who is, or have absolutely no idea what we're talking about but want a great Friday night, you're invited.
