About this Event
Running a hospitality business is hard work, and chances to step away, swap ideas and meet people who genuinely understand the industry don't come around often.
That's why Hospitality Rewards, Staff Nexus and Labl.it are teaming up with THE NICI, Bournemouth's luxury Miami-inspired coastal hotel and spa, to bring together the people behind the region's restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and hotels.
What to expect
Expect good conversation with hospitality owners, HR professionals, People teams and operational leaders from across the region.
You'll also get an inside look at one of the South Coast's standout hospitality success stories. Sam Woodward, Director of Sales & Marketing at THE NICI, will share how the hotel has developed into the chic, vibrant and award-winning venue it is today.
Sam will talk about:
- The vision behind THE NICI
- The decisions that have made the biggest difference
- Creating a hospitality destination people genuinely want to visit
- What the team has learned along the way
We'll then open the floor for questions and conversation.
There are no hard sells and no stuffy presentations, just an easy-going evening with like-minded people working across hospitality.
