Horizontal Festival returns to the Southern Highlands for its second year, across the October long weekend, with Satellite events to be unveiled at surrounding venues from 1 October, across the whole long weekend.Set amongst the picturesque vineyards of Centennial Vineyards and the surrounds of Bowral’s vineyard country, the festival brings world-class food, wine and culture together in one extraordinary location. Designed for those who appreciate the finest, expect exceptional wines, craft beer and spirits, curated into a relaxed yet refined sensory experience.
This year we are delighted to welcome Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef, internationally recognised for his mastery of open flame cooking, to run intimate workshops and a 6 course Fiesta Del Fuego lunch at Osborn House. This will make his first visit to Australia’s east coast in 15 years as a guest of the festival.
