Homework Club at St Chad’s Community Project
Welcome to The Study Lounge Homework Club, a calm, friendly space where children can get homework done with support from an experienced teacher.
Each one-hour session gives your child time to work through their homework and catch up on anything they’re stuck on. They’ll also build confidence in Maths and English. Older students can bring GCSE work too.
Who it’s for
Children in Years 5–11 (ages 9–16).
What’s included
- Help with Maths, English and general homework
- GCSE support for older students
- A quiet, focused space to get work done
- Extra support for children with SEND and those learning English as an additional language
How it works
- £10 per session, with no contract or monthly commitment
- Book only the sessions you need
- Groups are limited to 10 children, so every child gets attention. Please book ahead.
What to bring
Your child’s homework, a pencil case, and any reading book or revision guide they’re using. If their homework is online, please send a charged phone or tablet.
About the tutor
The club is run by The Study Lounge’s founder, a qualified teacher with 20 years’ tutoring experience who specialises in Maths, English and SEND support. Enhanced DBS checked and fully insured.
Before the first session
We’ll ask you to complete a short consent and safeguarding form, either by email beforehand or when you arrive.
