Special meet up- We will be having a FRIENDSGIVING with out presentations. Please bring one of your families favorites dishes to share. What Is It?
This is an opportunity for homeschoolers of all ages to share something they’re excited about, curious about, or proud of—and for everyone else to come, listen, encourage, and learn!
Maybe your child wants to share the results of a research project, practice presenting in front of a small group, or simply show others something they love. There’s no right age, topic, or level of preparation. You’re welcome to come and observe, or jump in and share when you’re ready!
Over the years, children have:
Sung a song
Introduced us to their pet
Shared their LEGO creations
Read a story they wrote
Acted out a play
Made ice cream for everyone
Presented a research project
Shared something they’ve been learning
Led us into thought-provoking conversations
Sometimes the presentation is carefully prepared, and sometimes it’s wonderfully spontaneous. The goal is simply to encourage one another, celebrate our children’s interests, and give them a welcoming place to practice sharing what they know and love.
Come watch, come listen, come share—or simply come be part of the encouragement!
