Learn about animal adaptations, ecosystems, conservation, and biodiversity while connecting with local community partners who provide engaging, hands-on educational experiences designed to inspire curiosity and a love of learning.

Parking: $14 | FREE for members
Children 2 and under are FREE
Pre-registration is required. The registration fee includes discounted admission to the Zoo and access to the activities listed below.
Event highlights:
Partner Tables — Visit our community partner booths to earn more stamps through hands-on STEM activities! Explore how science, technology, engineering, and math help protect wildlife and bring STEM in the Wild to life.
Keeper Chats — Meet the experts! Discover fun facts and stories about your favorite Dallas Zoo animals from the zoologists who care for them. Keeper Chats are held outside of the corresponding animal habitat area.
Career Chats — Calling all middle schoolers and high school students! Join our Career Chats 15 minutes before each Keeper Chat to hear inspiring stories from zoologists about their journey into animal care and get tips on how to pursue a similar career.
