She’ll be introducing us to homeopathy and how you can use it at home to support your family’s health. Homeopathy isn’t herbs or just a synonym for natural remedies, but a 250 year old complete system of medicine. Stephanie firmly believes every home should have a homeopathic first aid kit and know how to use it. The class will cover remedies for bumps and bruises, ear issues, bites and burns, food poisoning, and more. You’ll be sent home with the basics for when to use 12 acute remedies and resources to learn more about homeopathy. She'll also talk briefly about how homeopathy can help chronic health symptoms. We will also have homeopathic first aid kits for purchase.
