Homemade Doner Kebab Workshop with Taste Spell
Hosted by Joanna & Pawel, the couple behind Taste Spell, authors of Back to Basics and creators of a worldwide community of nearly 1 million home cooks who believe in keeping food real, simple and homemade.
Learn how to make one of the UK’s favourite street-food dishes completely from scratch.
We’ll guide you step by step through making spiced chicken doner using our own spice blend, soft homemade flatbreads, crisp sumac onion salad and a creamy garlic sauce.
A vegetarian tofu doner is also available. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare the correct ingredients for you.
After cooking everything step by step, you’ll sit down and enjoy your freshly made doner kebab with the other guests.
You’ll leave with the recipes and the confidence to recreate it all at home.
