About this Event
Home isn't just a place out there — it's a place within.
We live in a world that rewards performing and optimizing ourselves. You don't need fixing. You don't need to do more. You need permission to put the performance down, and remember who you already are underneath it. Healing isn't something we add — it's what's left once we take everything else away.
What we remove: Pressure. Noise. Expectation. The performance of being fine.
How we get there (a multisensory experience)
Breath opens the door — the fastest way out of your head and back into your body.
Sound lets you feel it fully — sit with what's present, and let it move.
Mindfulness — presence, movement, connection — brings it home.
What you'll leave with
Permission — to rest, to feel, to choose, to soften.
Connection — with yourself, with others, with something bigger.
Awareness — learning to notice rather than override.
Living it — not just understanding it, but letting it change how you actually live.
And from that place, you can begin to build a home with others.
The Journey :
6:45 – 7:00 PM — Arrival
Let your phone rest for the evening. Change into your bathing suit, and settle into the grounding space of CapyBara.
7:00 – 7:30 PM — Breathwork
After a short introduction into breathwork and nervous system, we start with guided breathwork — to ground, and to set our intentions for the evening.
7:30 – 8:00 PM — Soundscape
Immerse, and feel what comes up for you through this sound healing.
8:00 – 9.00 PM —Mindfulness( Capybara Bathhouse)
Let the clarity settle in. Slow down, and let your body and mind soften through the Capybara experience.
Share your reflections and connect with like-minded new people, (only if you feel like it). Experience the magic of being alone, together.
We can't wait to swap screen time for slow, relaxing, real time with you. This experience is designed to be intimate, so spots are limited.
Your ticket includes a goodie bag, curated to help you slow down and rest, long after the evening ends.
Your guide for the evening :
Dr. Premi Streram, The founder of Thrively, an ICF-certified well-being Happy Mondays coach & dentist. Her work is rooted in a simple belief, that well-being is not just about what we do, but how we choose to live and who we choose to be.
Through her work, she supports high-functioning individuals navigating stress, burnout, and overwhelm to reconnect with themselves — integrating the mind and body to create a more sustainable, intentional way of living.
Her spaces are designed to feel safe, human, and reflective, where insight meets embodiment, and change feels grounded, not forced.
