🎓 Homebuyer Education Certificate
This class is designed to meet the Washington State Housing Finance Commission's 5-hour homebuyer education requirement.
Upon successful completion of the full class and all required participation and evaluation forms, eligible attendees will receive a Homebuyer Education Certificate valid for 2 years.
This certificate is required for many WSHFC down payment assistance programs.

- Each person requiring a certificate must register individually using their full legal name.
