Beat the holiday rush and connect with local shoppers early.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, November 7
Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Extended to 4:00 PM if vendor registration exceeds 20 participants)
Location: The Union on Carter, 2020 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY
Vendor Registration & Pricing:
Standard Setup: $50 (Prepayment required to secure your spot)
Setup with Electricity: $75 (Limited availability; please request in advance)
Payment Methods: Invoicing is available via Venmo (no fee), or Square, Cash App, and Jim (subject to a 2.95% processing fee).
Table & Space Guidelines:
A limited number of round tables are available through the venue.
Vendors are welcome to bring their own rectangular tables—please notify us in advance so we can adequately accommodate your spacing needs.
