Enter the Holidays With More Intention—and Less Chaos
Before the shopping lists, family gatherings, travel plans, cooking, decorating, obligations, traditions, expectations, and annual debate about who is bringing the mashed potatoes… we're going to stop.
And remember what's actually good.
Join us for a cozy morning of spiced hot apple cider, Coffee & Conversation, and community as we explore gratitude as a practice and intentionally prepare for the holiday season ahead.
And no—we're not talking about forced positivity, spiritual bypassing, or pretending everything in life is wonderful.
Sometimes life is beautiful.
Sometimes life is hard.
Frequently it is both before breakfast.
We'll talk about simple ways to cultivate gratitude in everyday life before gathering for a Gratitude Circle, where we'll share what we're grateful for and allow all that appreciation to build as it moves around the room.
Then we'll turn toward the holidays and ask:
How do I actually want this season to feel?
You'll have time to envision and plan your ideal holiday season—what you want more of, what you want less of, which traditions truly matter to you, where you want to spend your energy, and what you're officially giving yourself permission to stop doing.
Come sip something warm, gather around the circle, and remember what is already good in your life before the holiday whirlwind begins.
Bring your complicated feelings about the holidays.
We'll provide the snacks and the cider.
