The holidays are a wonderful time of the year, but they are also a peak season for stress, anxiety, and grief. Don't just survive the holiday season, thrive through it. Across three nourishing bi-weekly classes, sooth the nervous system, quieting the mind, and releasing the tension the season stirs up.
The bi - Weekly Reset (Every Monday, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM PST):
🧘 Yin Yoga — long, supported, floor-based poses that signal deep safety to your nervous system and release stored tension and emotional fatigue.
🎶 Continuous Sound Bath — the bowls play throughout your practice, a soothing wave of sound that carries you deeper into rest.
🌙 Guided Meditation — breathwork and guided techniques to quiet mental noise and build resilience for the holiday demands.
Each class builds on the last with a progressive theme, so you leave with a complete toolkit for staying calm through the season.
