About this Event
Grand Rapids creators, get your camera ready! We’re getting the studio dressed for the holidays with bows, pretty tables, sweet treats, cocoa, and details you’ll want to capture up close. Six styled stations in a girly holiday aesthetic, and your own creativity.
WHO IT’S FOR
Local content creators, influencers, photographers, social media managers, and small business owners who create their own content.
If you love capturing food, lifestyle, celebrations, pretty details, or things to do around Grand Rapids, you’ll feel right at home. You don’t need a big following. Just bring your phone or camera and a willingness to create and connect.
Explore, decorate, and create:
• Cookie decorating
• Cupcake decorating
• Gingerbread houses
• Hot cocoa bar
• Styled couch area
• Flatlay station
We’ll rotate in small groups so you can help each other get the shot, take a turn in front of the camera, and exchange ideas along the way. We’ll also sit down to decorate treats together, with time to capture the process.
The final hour is yours to edit, revisit your favorite setups, or settle in with cocoa and get to know the other creators.
We’re keeping it small with just 12 creators. Invite a creator friend to book a seat and join you!
Your ticket includes three hours at Alma Mia Studio, access to all six styled stations, shared decorating activities and materials, and the hot cocoa bar.
CREATE & SHARE
Whenever you share content captured during the event, please mention Sweet Details GR and Alma Mia Studio so your audience can find us. Bring your own style and share your honest experience.
DRESS THE PART
Come dressed cute in red, white, pink, or a mix of all three! Think festive, girly, and very you. You’ll be stepping in front of the camera too, so wear something you’d love to be captured in.
