About this Event
Welcome to the first class of our Agave 101 Series!
Our first course is designed as an entry point into the world of Agave Spirits while taking a close examination into the cultivation, production, and distinctions between the five major designations of agave spirits. In this first course we will explore the spirit regions of Mexico with tastings, instruction, and pairings. Light Botanas (hors d’oeuvres) will be provided by MeXo's Executive Chef Oscar Moreno, and class will be instructed by Beverage Director Jake Bargo.
No previous knowledge is necessary to attend, you will leave class with a concise understanding of some of Mexico's greatest exports. This course is curated for Industry Professionals, aficionados, and curious sippers alike. Get ready for world class spirits, education, and Chef's best bites!
