Whether it's learning how to pick out cheeses and accompaniments that will wow your guests, or put them together in a thoughtful and crowd-stunning way, our Holiday Cheeseboard Building classes will hone your plating skills, and you'll even get to take home your own individual cheeseboard.
Or eat it all immediately. No judgement here.
About the Instructor:
Alice Bergen Phillips is a cheesemonger in the Washington, D.C. area. After graduating Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, Alice moved to Washington, DC to work in the international development world.
After a side job at a coffee shop introduced her to the field of specialty food, Alice eventually found her way into cheese. Working at cheese counters since 2012, she started Cheesemonster as a mobile catering company in 2017.
Alice delights in being a cheese confidant for her customers, pushing herself to stay on top of a market that is constantly changing and evolving.
