A festive, hands-on experience for young creators and aspiring entrepreneurs!
About this Event
Get ready to roll into the holiday season with a creative twist!
Join Kindraza for a two-hour Holiday Candy Sushi Workshop, where teens will turn colourful candies into beautiful sushi-inspired creations, design their own display platter and package everything in a festive gift box.
Whether they want to make something special for friends and family, explore their creative side or learn how to turn a fun idea into a product people would love to buy, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to experiment, create and have fun!
What Will Participants Make?
Every participant will create and take home:
- Approximately 15 pieces of custom candy sushi – using colourful sweets, Rice Krispies treats, fruit rolls and other fun ingredients.
- A candy sushi display platter – learning how to arrange and present their creations.
- A festive holiday gift box – beautifully packaged with ribbons and decorations, ready for gifting or selling.
More Than Just Candy Making!
Throughout the workshop, participants will also explore:
- Creative product design: How to turn simple ingredients into an attractive product.
- Presentation and packaging: What makes a product appealing and gift-worthy?
- Food safety and hygiene: Basic principles of safe food handling and packaging.
