About this Event
Grief is not something we rush through.
It is something we move through gently, with compassion and support.
Holding Space is a trauma-informed yoga experience designed to create a supportive environment for those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.
Grief lives in the body as much as it lives in the heart. Through mindful breath, gentle movement, meditation, and reflection, this practice creates space for emotional awareness, healing, and self-compassion.
This monthly gathering offers a quiet container where participants can slow down, reconnect with their breath, and honor their personal healing journey.
Participants will experience:
✨ Grounding breathwork
✨ Gentle, accessible yoga movement
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Journaling and personal reflection
This practice welcomes anyone navigating grief from:
• the loss of a loved one
• the end of a relationship
• major life transitions
• personal change or emotional loss
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
