About this Event

A peer-led support group | 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month, 7:00–8:30 PM | 13 Common Street, Natick

This is a space to show up and give and receive the support and compassion we need as we seek healing and stability.

Co-facilitated by community members with lived experience of mental health challenges, this monthly gathering welcomes anyone — bipolar, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and beyond. All diagnoses, all stories, all welcome.

Together we’ll explore the connection between spirituality and mental health, and share what we’ve learned navigating medical systems, workplace challenges, and everyday life with minds that don’t always conform to the world’s expectations. This is peer support, not therapy — a confidential, nonjudgmental circle of people who understand from the inside.

Free and open to the public. No registration required — just come as you are.

We meet upstairs in the meeting room. Enter through the School Street door and go up the stairs to your left to find the space.

For questions, email CSSC Director Ian Mevorach, one of the group’s co-facilitators, at [email protected].
