Why HKBAH Launched the SIG Initiative
HKBAH created the SIG Initiative to strengthen Hawai‘i’s connections with Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area by organizing our community into clear industry sectors. SIGs provide a platform for professionals to learn, collaborate, and discover cross border opportunities. Through SIGs, HKBAH supports Hawai‘i businesses with relevant insights, meaningful relationships, and a structure that prepares our community for long term Hawai‘i–HK–GBA engagement.
What Are SIGs?
SIGs are sector specific communities that allow people to connect through shared industry interests. Each SIG focuses on Hawai‘i–HK–GBA trends, challenges, and opportunities.
SIGs are:
• Open to Hawai‘i’s business community
