One of the main challenges generative AI poses is updating teaching practices so that learning still happens when students do use AI. Join us for an open forum that provides a supportive space to think out loud together, raise concerns, and consider the questions you may have about generative AI.
This session turns to a topic many of us are already wrestling with: how the use of AI may shape students’ writing development, especially in writing-intensive courses, where the stakes feel highest. In addition to sharing our thoughts and insights, we will also try out a new tool that audits an assignment for its vulnerability to AI use.
