In Shreya's words: "I am a visual artist, with watercolors having been my main medium of choice for most of my art journey. However, I have moved between a lot of other mediums including acrylic, digital, and most recently (early 2026) I took up Printmaking as a means to work through my own burnout. The quiet process of creating minimal designs and the slowness of the carving process was the most appealing in the journey. 2026 has also been the year when I started to truly lean into my art journey and I now want to share my experiences with art, my journey through mediums, and the calmness and rest it has provided me with others. My art comes from a place of slowing down and seeking rest in a hyper busy world and I hope when people see my work, they can get a pause too."
