About this Event
Welcome to where the Bay Area community grows stronger, together. Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout April and June, we will offer a variety of free morning classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
This week's class will take place at the East Plaza on the corner of 16th Street and Terry A Francois Blvd.
Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and a mat!
10AM-11AM: HIIT Bodyweight
This total body workout includes 1-minute intervals of lower body, upper body, cardio and core! All levels are welcome for this functional fit fest! Just think, you can do ANYTHING for 1 minute!
11AM-12PM: Family Fitness for Physical & Mental Health
Strengthen, stretch and stress less. Grow confidence and resilience as well as flexibility, focus and balance at every age. IYK® Certified instructors teach the FUN science-backed physical fitness and mental health success skills you need to feel healthier and happier. Breathe, bend and benefit from the IYK® High5 Habits so you can achieve and lead like a STAR!

Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
