Higher Frequency Live™️ returns to the beautiful Stoke Minster for more gentle & therapeutic mind & body restoration.Sound, Music & Meditation inside the breathtaking Minster of Stoke-on-Trent.
These unforgettable evenings have quietly become one of the city’s most loved relaxation experiences…
with Stoke Minster now repeatedly selling out as more and more people seek spaces where they can genuinely switch off from the pressure, noise and emotional exhaustion of modern life for a while.
The peaceful atmosphere inside the Minster is something really special.
A church full of people slowing down together.
Phones forgotten.
Bodies softening.
Busy nervous systems finally moving out of survival mode.
The great big collective exhale 🫶🏼
If life has felt particularly loud, stretched, heavy or overstimulating lately…
…this evening was created with you in mind.
Zero pressure or needing to explain yourself.
No performance.
No need to talk, share or mingle.
No need to “get it right.”
Just space to breathe deep again.
Feel held.
And deeply relax.
Guests often leave feeling calmer, lighter, emotionally centred and more grounded-
with many reporting the best sleep they’ve had in a long time afterwards.
