This therapy group is designed for teens in 8th–12th grades who enjoy long-form, campaign-style games such as Dungeons & Dragons and want to build meaningful social connections. Participants will play The Little Town of Tusk, a Dungeons & Dragons adventure from the Critical Core gaming system, using teamwork, conversation, and shared storytelling to support their mental health. The group provides a safe and engaging space for teens to practice emotional regulation, communication, social skills, planning, and perspective-taking while having fun together.
