Join CEC for a nature mindfulness experience in Toronto’s High Park! Inspired by the beautiful ecosystem of the park, we’ll gather for a period of silent practice and then head off on a walking tour to visit some of the park’s most wise and wonderful trees in their autumnal glory.3 – 3:30pm – silent meditation at The High Park Labyrinth

Dress for the weather! The High Park Labyrinth is located north of the Grenadier Restaurant parking lot, south of the baseball field, between West Road and Colborne Lodge Drive). The Labyrinth is ringed by a large circle of picnic tables, great for distanced sitting. If you’d prefer, bring your own sitting gear and set up under a nearby tree.
