ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: KSW is a passionate yoga teacher and Lighthouse Co-Founder and Studio Director who has been sharing the transformative benefits of yoga since 2015. Her teaching centers on creating a welcoming, supportive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels can explore movement, breath, and mindful connection with their bodies. KSW's classes draw from hatha, vinyasa, and restorative traditions, blending strength, mobility, relaxation, and intentional breathing to support overall full-body wellness. Beyond the mat, KSW holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is also an Integrated Health Coach, giving her a holistic perspective on wellbeing that extends far beyond physical movement.
