About the Veterans Honor Trail:
The display will feature signs honoring veterans from Henry County and Martinsville, including their names, photos, branches of service, and periods of service. The signs will be placed along the trail at Jack Dalton Park, 130 Jack Dalton Road, Collinsville, from November 7 through November 14. A special presentation will take place at the trail's opening at 10:00 AM on November 7th at Jack Dalton Park. Submissions can be of living veterans or veterans who have passed away.
“This is a meaningful way to recognize our local heroes and bring the community together,” said All Vets founder S. Patrick Rodgers, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Henry County native. The nonprofit continues to make the display an annual tradition around Veterans Day, reusing existing signs and adding new ones each year.
The organization funds the program through donations and annual fundraising initiatives. Submissions for the 2026 Honor Trail are now being accepted, with the first 120 submissions being included in the 2026 Program Year. Please submit your information no later than October 9, 2026. Last year's signs will return along the trail as well.
