About this Event
ABOUT THIS EVENT
HELD is a sacred, one-day Black maternal health and healing immersion created for Black women who carry life, caregiving, leadership, and responsibility—and are rarely held themselves.
Rooted in collective care, embodied healing, and ancestral wisdom, HELD is designed as a soul-centered container, not a performance-based event.
This immersion honors the body as a site of memory and medicine. Through ceremony, reflection, education, and restorative practices, participants are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves and one another.
This is not a space to perform strength.
This is a space to be held.
Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve care, safety, and depth.
