HELD at Longfield Hall

A space for women to pause, soften and be nourished through the simple but powerful act of being held.
About this Event

HELD exists to create spaces where women can pause, soften, and experience the reciprocal nourishment of holding and being held.

In a world where women are often giving endlessly — to families, partners, and communities — HELD offers the rare opportunity to rest without agenda, reconnect with the body, and restore balance through safe, supportive touch and attentive, loving presence.

Through guided, chakra-inspired holds, gentle relaxation practices, and shared circle time, participants are invited into experiences of both offering and receiving care. Together, we cultivate spaces of trust, consent, reciprocity, and belonging.

We believe that when women are held, they return to their lives more rested, more connected, and more whole.

About the facilitator

Rosalind is a dancer, mother, and certified Ilan Lev Method practitioner. With a background in performance and somatic healing, she brings a unique sensitivity to the connection between body, touch, and community. Her own journey through motherhood and movement revealed the profound nourishment of being held — a simple act that restores balance, awakens oxytocin, and nurtures belonging. Through HELD, Rosalind offers women a sanctuary to pause, soften, and receive safe, supportive touch within a circle of trust and care.
