Info: Caroline Farrow is Director and Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist at Rebalance Physiotherapy, with over 20 years' experience in the field. This session will explore the role of physiotherapy within the wider multidisciplinary care team, focusing on the value of early referral, effective communication and collaborative working across services, and how physiotherapy supports better outcomes through improved mobility, strength, confidence and independence.
The talk will also address falls prevention as a key component of physiotherapy in both community and care home settings, supporting safer, more independent movement.
