Valuing the changes that nature goes through in Autumn time, we’ll connect back into our own journey through the yearly cycle, as we fully ground, root and protect ourselves ready for the coming months ahead.
We’ll begin by taking a walk through the woods looking at nature’s changes, that will lead us to a grove of sacred trees where we’ll ground and protect our energies.
We’ll take time to enjoy company together with some warming tea and refreshment, as we reflect on where we are right now in our lives, and the abundance that is all around us.
There will then be an opportunity to make a fragrant herbal fruit and spice bag to take away with you, the scent of which will keep you connected and rooted to the energy of Autumn.
The completion of the morning will see us working with the energy of water through visualisation and meditation to create healthy energy flow within the body, cleansing away the old, so that we can allow prosperity and abundance into our lives.

Meeting place to begin will be outside the visitor centre which is on the right hand side as you come down from the car park at Colby. We’ll meet at 10:20 to begin for 10.30.
Most of the morning will take place under the canopy of trees, so dress in what you feel will keep you comfortable.
It’s recommended you bring a blanket or mat to sit on in the woods.
Homemade tea and a snack will be provided, but feel free to bring any other refreshments.
Everything you need to make the Autumn themed fragrant herb, fruit and spice bag will be provided.
For anyone who wishes to we can share lunch together following the peaceful practices🌸
