Sexual trauma. Changes in sexuality. Physical pain or tension. Shame. The effects of aging. Or simply years of feeling disconnected from this deeply important part of ourselves.
Healing the Pelvic Core™ is a five-day experiential workshop created to help women reconnect with their bodies in a safe, supportive environment and explore the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of pelvic healing.

Led by Suzanne Scurlock, CST-D, and an experienced team that includes pelvic health professionals, the workshop brings together practical education and deeply experiential work, including:
• Pelvic anatomy and physiology
• Sensory awareness and full-body presence
• Grounding and healthy boundary practices
• Breath, movement and sound
• Guided imagery and nervous system support
• Non-invasive, clothing-on hands-on work
• Exploration of trauma, lineage, sexuality and pleasure
• Time for rest, reflection, nature and connection with other women
All hands-on work is non-invasive and done fully clothed.
And this is much more than five days of classes.
For the residential retreat, we gather together at beautiful Claymont Mansion in Charles Town, West Virginia. You'll share meals, spend time outdoors, have quiet space to yourself, and experience the kind of connection that can develop when a group of women has the time and space to be fully present together.
Women from 18 to 80 have participated in Healing the Pelvic Core, including women coming for their own personal healing and healthcare professionals and therapists who want to deepen their understanding of this work.
