About this Event

A 3 session closed group for 6 women

The dates of this workshop are Tues 9 & 23 June & 9 July - please ensure you can attend all days.

times: 6.30-9.30pm

This unique closed group offers the opportunity for 6 women over 3 sessions to journey together to heal the mother wound. Each participant will have the chance to have their own constellation as well as gaining healing from representing and witnessing the constellations of others.

It’s hard to conceptualise the ongoing ways a mother wound can destabilise and deplete us. It really is a core wound that can show up in all parts of our lives, relationships, career, money, financial stability, self worth, friendships.

Sometimes we end up forever waiting for our mother to be the person we’ve longed for them to be. Sometimes we’ve ended up mothering our mother or carrying her burden, stepping in as her ‘partner’ or ‘therapist’ in an attempt to give her what she needs so she can show up for us.

We might have turned that lack of felt sense of love inwards, blaming ourselves and seeing ourselves as unloved and unlovable. We can create patterns in our lives where we sacrifice our own needs to meet the needs of others or attach our worth and value to what we give to others. Finding it hard to receive ourselves.

Family constellations uniquely can assist us in accepting our mother for who she is and what she can and can’t give us.

And help us connect with ancestors (back before the trouble started) or archetypes that can step in and provide us with the felt sense of being loved and supported that was sadly missing.

We can also start to connect to our loving mother within.

Held in the sisterhood we can join together in deep understanding and compassion for each other and ourselves. Sitting with others who get it. And going on a healing journey together. Peeling the layers of the onion to return ourselves to wholeness and a felt sense of inner resourcing.

This closed group is for people who identify as woman or non-binary.

If you are a man or identify as male and would like to attend a workshop on this theme please get in touch.

“It was nurturing, displaying a breadth of human experience and was enriching for me to reflect on my own experience.” Megan

“Reminder of ancestor strengths we can tap into.” Moni

I’ve discovered family constellations in the last 6 months. After hearing people talk about them from years, it finally aligned for me. And wow, I have been blown away with the process both representing for others and when exploring my own question. After each session I have left with a deeper understanding of my family system and profound sense of energy shifting. The constellations have helped me connect deeper to my own body, in understanding and trusting physical signals. Each constellation is unique - you have to try it to feel the magic. Emma is an amazing space holder and guides in a gentle but strong way. If you feel intrigued - I really recommend this work, for deep healing.Charli

What to Expect at this Family Constellation Closed Group
These sessions offer a unique opportunity to work with the same group of 6 women over 3 sessions on the theme of healing the mother wound.

Each session we'll have a brief check in followed by 2 whole group constellations, where healing unfolds for everyone involved. For each constellation an issue holder will be selected from those who wish to volunteer, and other participants will take on roles as Representatives—standing in for family members or holding space as witnesses to the work.

Over the 3 sessions each woman will have the chance to be an issue holder. We'll do 2 constellations per evening.

The constellation creates space for profound healing and transformation, for all present. Whether issue holder, representative or witness deep insights and shifts emerge.

Throughout the session, the facilitator ensures that everyone feels safe, supported, and comfortable as they engage in this transformative work.

No previous experience is necessary, the process is very simple and will be fully explained on the day.
