About this Event
Founder, Abby Richard is coming together with Paula Athena, Colombian Herbalism Student and Embodied Storyteller, to bring you home to the power of your divine connection. This workshop is the seventh of a chakra-aligned series focused on the Crown Chakra. This offering combines ancient herbalism, reiki, and chakra teachings that bridge Eastern and Western Science.
Participants will receive curated crown chakra tea, an in depth look at the chakra through an eastern and western lens, guided meditation, take home tools to help align and activate the crown, and a handout including the blend, exercises, and crystals associated with this center.
Guests can bring an optional blanket, cushion, or a journal and drop in to expand, remember, and reconnect.
