Experience an evening of heart healing beach yoga & sound bath on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at St. Pete Beach. START TIME 7pm - as the sun sets to a fully darkened sky, we will be surrounded by glowing candlelight to fully relaxxx into this fated time ~ the Autumn Equinox.
In this celestial ceremony we honor the balance and interaction of the light and the dark, and call forth gratitude for the changes that come with the passing of time. As we consciously link our awareness to the cycles of nature, our understanding of our own cycles begin to deepen.

*Start gathering at 6:45pm to ground & settle in
The sun sets at around 7:30pm and we will complete our practice surrounded by glowing candlelight and the sound bath filling our bodies with healing resonance.
