This helps you align with higher frequencies & energies.
Sound baths create an immersive experience where soothing frequencies and vibrations wash over the mind, body, and spirit, encouraging deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner stillness.
Autumn's intention is to create a nurturing space where you can pause, reset, and allow yourself to simply receive. The sound bath includes gongs, koshi chimes, 7 chakra crystal singing bowls, and singing pyramids.

WHERE: Churchill High School at 1850 Bailey Hill Rd, Eugene, OR 97405. Parking is Free.
HOW: No experience is needed - come exactly as you are and let the sound support you. Bring a mat/blanket cushions - anything that supports your comfort for laying down. We provide chairs.
