Since our first event, 'Grief and Poetry', the 'and poetry series' has facillitated workshops on love, hope and tradition. Now we would like to welcome you to 'Healing and Poetry'. An event that combines poetry, well-being and introspection. We will consider what it means to heal, the things that have aided and blocked our healing and the role of poetry for each of us on our own journeys. We will use our familiar format of grounding, creating, discussing and listening to foster some restorative conversations and cathartic writing. Most of all this is a community event, a chance to hear and share and connect.
