Head Down is a 5K for the early risers. While London’s still asleep, we meet at the M&S Food Hall at Battersea Power Station and run together through Nine Elms in the dark.
No pressure on pace. Put your head down, run your run, and finish before the city wakes up.
Meet at 04:45 for a 05:00 start. Please arrive on time, as we head off promptly.
What to bring
- Running kit and trainers
- Something reflective or a head torch, as it’ll be dark
- Water
- A layer for before and after
