What This Is

The Hampton University Sports, Creator & Career Lab is a 2-hour, high-impact experience built for Hampton students and student-athletes who are ready to move from talking about NIL to actually building it. This isn't a lecture — it's a working session with real brands in the room.

By the end of the night, you'll walk out with:

• A first draft of your personal brand story and elevator pitch
• A real understanding of how local and regional businesses evaluate potential partners
• Direct exposure to 4 confirmed local and regional brand partners
• Practical financial literacy for NIL income
• The tools to approach a business professionally and pitch a partnership that works for both sides
