About this Event
What: Spend a Saturday morning building community and beautifying our shared green spaces with the City of Haverhill’s Conservation Department. Help to protect local wildlife and keep our river healthy by removing one bag of trash at a time.
Where: The Merrimack River is an important cultural and ecological resource, providing scenic views, recreation opportunities, and drinking water to hundreds of thousands of Massachusetts residents.
Why: By taking part in the Merrimack River Shoreline Cleanup, you’ll join a regional effort that has already removed over 800 pounds of trash and debris from local riverbanks.
